INFORMATION
ARTIST AGREEMENT
♡ I as the artist agree to do my best work with your commission that reflects the quality across all of my other projects.♡ I as the artist agree to be helpful and civil in my dealings where such hospitality is received in kind.♡ I as the artist state that I will never incorporate explicit tracing, art theft, or the like in any of my works.♡ I as the artist state that there has not and will never include or incorporate AI GENERATED sources or assets in my work.
TERMS
BASIC
♡ You as the customer acknowledge that your commission will be done in the art style seen across all of my works available on my portfolio. Any requested variations in coloring and style will be minimal and up for discussion.♡ You as the customer acknowledge you have read my list of limitations and agree that your commission request does not and will not include any subject matter I have outlined I refuse to draw.♡ You as the customer agree to let me watermark and add anti-ai filters to the finished commission.
PAYMENT & PRICING
♡ You as the customer acknowledge and respect that I as the artist reserve the right to set my own prices, as well as any changes to them in the future.♡ You as the customer agree to pay the listed amount matching your commission request upfront as well as any additional fees, add-ons, and upcharges before I continue with the respective processes.♡ You as the customer agree to pay the fees of any requested add-ons and revisions in full via paypal before I proceed with the respective adjustments in your commission.♡ You as the customer acknowledge that work on your commission will not commence until payment is received in full.♡ Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received is equal to the invoice amount.♡ It is the sole responsibility of you as the customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved before and during payment.[ See more information on pricing and payment ]
REVISIONS
♡ You as the customer have the right to five (5) minor revisions and three (3) major revisions in the initial sketch phase free of charge. Any additional changes will invoke fees. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.♡ You as the customer have the right to three (3) minor revisions after being shown the my complete work free of charge. Any additional changes will invoke fees. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.♡ You as the customer oblige to respond to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc.
You acknowledge as the customer that lack of timely communication will be recognized implicit approval of all work progress and current state of your commission.[ See more information on pricing]
DELIVERY
♡ You as the customer are entitled to 1. one (1) high resolution .png file of your commission, 2. one (1) postable watermarked .jpeg file of your commission, and 3. one (1) speedpaint documenting your commission process.♡ You as the customer acknowledge that you will not be receiving a physical product, and your commission is a digital purchase only.♡ You as the customer agree to receive the finished commission via your provided email address.
Any other method of delivery has to be mutually agreed upon before the work commences. It is sole responsibility of you as the customer to propose delivery method which works for both parties if this is the case.♡ I cannot be held accountable for your loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside of my responsibility.[ See more information on process]
PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE
♡ You as the customer acknowledge that your commission is for personal use only. Any use of your commission for commercial purposes, including but not limited to reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is prohibited.♡ You as the customer do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.♡ You as the customer do not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.[ See more information on rights]
REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS
♡ I as the artist reserve the right to cancel your commission for any reason at any time, including but not limited to:Commission requests containing elements or subject matter outlined in limitations as 'will not draw'
Disrespectful and callous behavior in chat, DMs, and general discussion.
Customer breaking terms of service.

ALL LISTED PRICES ARE IN USD.Prices listed on my Ko-Fi are BASE pricing, which means that the total cost of your commission may increase due to the complexities, added details, etc.Some ADD-ONS and REVISIONS may require payment via paypal outside of KO-FI, and must be paid in full in advance before i continue.

💳 PAYMENT 💳
Basic Info
All base payments will be processed exclusively through Ko-Fi & PayPal - please refer to the website for any questions.Any additional fees such as for complex characters or additional revisions will be handled on PayPal. I will not continue with your commission until each respective fee is paid in full.Any refunds will be directly issued to your PayPal after due discussion. REFUND POLICY
Statuses and percentages of refunds depend solely on the amount of work put into your commission when issued.Terms & Conditions of Refunds:♡ AFTER PURCHASE BEFORE THE INITIAL SKETCH: Full Refund ♡
AFTER I BEGIN WORKING ON YOUR COMMISSION WITH YOUR PERMISSION, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT FOR YOUR FULL REFUND. SEE BELOW FOR QUALIFYING PARTIAL REFUNDS.
♡ AFTER the initial sketch: 75% Refund ♡♡ AFTER the initial sketch & before the final product: 25%-50% refund, depending on how much progress has been made ♡♡ AFTER finished product: No refunds ♡Being rude or callous with me in chats won't be tolerated. If I feel you are being unreasonably hostile, I reserve the right to cancel your commission while keeping 50%-75% of the payment, depending on the level of progress.In the rare event where I cannot personally finish your commission (i.e. due to something coming up) or you want a refund after not receiving your commission after the allotted turnaround time, I will give a partial refund of 25%-75% of your payment depending on the level of progress.

GETTING STARTED
DOWN TO BUSINESSAfter your purchase, I'll reach out to you via Ko-Fi DM's! Please be patient if I don't get back to you immediately, as I may be busy or haven't yet seen the purchase.

This helps me get your vision just right.DISCUSSIONAfter sending me your references, we can get to discussing what exactly you want from your commission! Once we come to a good idea of what you want, I'll start working on your initial sketch!
INITIAL SKETCH
After discussing your ideas, I'll then begin working on your initial sketch, and with your approval, move forward with your full work!You will get five (5) minor revisions and three (3) major revision requests to use at your discretion.
Any more as well as major changes will result in additional fees that will need to be paid in full before proceeding with revisions.

REVISIONS
After I send the finished work to you for a final review, you have up to three (3) minor revisions to use at your discretion! Any more as well as major changes will result in additional fees that will need to be paid in full before proceeding with revisions.

DELIVERY
When you approve the final rendition, your finished commission will be emailed to you in a high resolution png as well as a watermarked, postable jpeg, and a speedpaint to document the progress.
TURNAROUND
While I strive to grant you my best quality work, please keep in mind that I am still only one person! My time is very valuable and like everyone else, in limited supply.MY CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME FOR COMMISSIONS IS 2-4 WEEKS.While the estimated window may be shorter, I've expanded it to about a month to provide a grace period in case I become busy or something comes up.In the rare occasion I don't complete your commission within the posted turnaround window, you are entitled to request a partial refund depending on my progress.*[ See more information in "refund policy" on payment]

I reserve the right to post your commission on my socials.I reserve the right to post your commission on my portfolio.
